Beef

Ramblin Gypsy Ranch raises Holstein and Holstein Angus cross steers for purchase. We have a hands-on approach from our milk calves to the feeder calves we offer. Our steers diet consists of corn based feedings and access to grass and grass hay 24/7, with either corn or bean stalk bedding, to result in the best marbling when it is time for processing. We never use synthetic or added hormones in our cattle.  

Working with our local butcher we will have 1/4 side, or 1/2 side available for purchase, please contact us for availability and pricing. Beef weight is determined by hanging weight after harvest. Weight will vary because each animal is unique. Desired cuts and packaging will be determined between you and the butcher.
